CASTLES + COVES BAKING CO.

Due to the custom nature of baked goods, we have an informal order process via message. Please feel free to shoot us a message below or on social media to start the order process. 

An order is not official until the deposit is paid. Slots fill up on a first come, first serve basis. 

We have limited slots for custom cookies. We try our best to keep an updated calendar with open slots on our Facebook page in the 'Featured' section. Historically these slots fill up 4-6 weeks in advance. 

We have daily availability for our cookie cakes, gourmet cookie bars, and gourmet brownies. 

Orders will be invoiced via QuickBooks for a variety of payment options. 

All orders will have a 50% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking to secure custom order slot. Complete payment must be made in a timely fashion for orders to be fulfilled: 4 days prior to decorated cookies, 2 days for all other orders. If payment is not received on time, a rush fee will be added to the order at the baker’s digression, or the order may be cancelled. The 50% deposit is non-refundable in the event this occurs. 

Due to the nature of baking and decorating custom goods, there are no refunds. Baker is not liable for goods damaged in shipping. 

Delivery is available in the Orlando area for a small fee; only $10 to your WDW resort and surrounding areas, other locations may vary. *Orders over $100 will receive FREE resort delivery.*

Shipping is more costly, but doable. Please inquire for pricing.

Castles + Coves Baking Co. is a cottage bakery. Cottage bakeries in Florida do not require a permit or inspection. We have high standards for cleaning, food safety, and take allergies serious, though we cannot guarantee there is no cross contamination as foods with allergens are baked in the same kitchen.

Ingredients and allergen information may be requested prior to ordering, and will also be labeled on your box per Florida cottage law.
